Write for us about trauma, inner child healing, nervous system regulation, parts work, and dissociation.
At Trauma Warriors™, we welcome highly credentialed experts and voices to our online community.
We seek writers who bring both depth of personal experience and professional expertise, particularly in the field of trauma, healing, and self-development.
We are especially drawn to writing that honours the complexity of trauma and the many ways it lives in the body, mind, and soul.
We love hearing about women’s healing journeys, psychological and spiritual growth, and stories of post-traumatic growth. We also publish transformative and powerful personal stories that speak to the reality of living with, and healing from, trauma.
What We Are Looking For
We accept original articles and stories covering trauma-informed topics for women, including:
- Childhood trauma, emotional neglect, attachment wounds and complex trauma
- Inner child work and reparenting
- Parts work, including Internal Family Systems and subpersonalities
- Nervous system regulation, dysregulation, and repair
- Trauma responses including fight, flight, freeze, fawn and collapse
- Dissociation, shutdown, and disconnection
- Addiction, self-sabotage and coping behaviours as adaptations to trauma
- Anxiety, depression, grief and relational trauma
- Co-dependency, boundaries, and relationship patterns
- The impact of trauma on identity, self-worth, and the sense of “not enough”
We are interested in writing that helps readers understand that symptoms are not the problem, but meaningful responses to what has happened to them.

We continue to honour creative, intuitive, and soulful ways of exploring trauma and healing. Submissions may include:
- Dreams and dream interpretation
- Poetry, storytelling, and reflective writing
- Art, creativity, and expressive practices

- Ecotherapy and nature-based healing
- Jungian and depth psychology
- Psychosynthesis and transpersonal psychology
- Feminist and relational approaches
- Parts work and integrative frameworks
- Expressive therapies such as art, dance and music
Our Perspective
At Trauma Warriors™, we hold a non-pathologising, compassionate view of healing.
We are less interested in surface-level advice, and more interested in writing that explores the deeper roots of trauma, adaptation, and transformation.
We value writing that:
- honours the nervous system and the body
- respects the pace and complexity of healing
- speaks with depth, nuance, and care
- empowers without shaming or simplifying
