In this episode, I talk with Tina Rawlings talks about complex trauma, early childhood emotional neglect, disordered eating, psychotherapy, the importance of connection, and how nature, bees and horses help us heal.
Tina is a qualified Psychosynthesis Therapeutic Counsellor and Therapist with over 20 years experience in offering psychotherapeutic interventions.
